2015 - TEAM SHOEMAKER vs TEAM SHUMATE

WINNER: Team Shoemaker (17.5-14.5)

• This was the inaugural team format tourney and boy did it set the right tone for future tournaments. Jimmy got the W for the first pick in the draft by beating Shoe in dominating fashion at 1-1 beer pong, in the kitchen of Zach's cabin. That would be Matt's only win of the tournament however against his longtime best bud/rival. The draft was held at the ultra luxurious Best Western Pasco pool late Thursday night. Both captains drafted the exact teams they had on their pre ranked lists which was pretty amazing. Neil took down Sully in the shotgun off to nail down his spot on the winning team. I don't remember how the matches played out aside from Team Shoemaker taking a lead after both Friday rounds. The lead would eventually hold up through Saturday's rounds as Team Shumate could not mount the comeback needed. The only specific match I remember was beating Matt in the singles because I am superior to him in every way.

• The Drunkest Man Award was given to BJ as he literally lost himself in the hotel and decided to curl up behind the ice machine for 2 hours.
